Where a candidate has not passed the recruitment and selection process for a particular role, candidates will be asked to wait a minimum of three months before re-applying for the same position again.

What can I expect from the recruitment process?

To find the right employees, our selection process is extensive. We use an assessment centre process for hiring for most roles. This will include online skills testing and a realistic job preview process. We require that all candidates’ complete online assessments prior to being invited to attend an on-site assessment centre. During our assessment centre process candidates gain a better understanding of the company, its culture and what exactly the position entails. We conduct competency-based interviews with where we will look for specific examples of instances where the candidate has shown their knowledge and understanding in the various skills the role requires. Assessment centre days can also involve individual and/or group role-plays. All applicants will be advised what will be expected of them before they attend the assessment centre. Assessment centres are fun! Candidates and current employees provide feedback and comments continuously that they find these days to be of huge benefit in helping them to see what Conduit is all about. All applicants get to meet with current employees on the day to discuss ‘a day in the life’ and the reasons why they continue to enjoy working on the team.
