Irish contact centre firm Conduit has won a contract to provide telephone enquiry service to Life Line Screening, a US firm that helps patients identify their risks of developing serious conditions such as strokes or heart disease. Conduit said the new contract will result in the creation of 50 jobs. Conduit also handles call centre services for client firms including Tesco and Tourism Ireland. more

Outsourcing contact centre Conduit has been recognized for best practice in recruitment at the annual Local Employment Partnership (LEP) awards at a celebration ceremony hosted by Jobcentre Plus.
